For the past 20 years I have been producing fresh pasta and specialty foods: an experience that has permitted me, together with my partners, to realize a shop, for the production of fresh pasta and frozen gourmet foods. My love for pasta and for good cooking is one of the added values that distinguishes us on the market, and that we would like pass on to our customers, treating them to emotions and moments of real culinary art. Our Line I FATTI IN CASA develops with the awareness that the market of the future is represented by frozen products, without giving up the qualities and characteristics of the prepared dishes. The cryogenic deep freezing method, uses temperatures which reach below 20 degrees celsius, guaranteeing a minor bacterial charge and therefore, the pasta can be conserved up to 18 months after the date of production, maintaining unchanged the organic characteristics, freshness and goodness.
